BUTCHERY DEMONSTRATIONS

Learn what to look for when choosing and buying cuts of meat, how to break down primal cuts into steaks, how to tie up joints and prepare meat. Start your morning with breakfast from our BBQ, then spend two hours learning with our Butchery Manager, before taking home some cuts of beef, pork or lamb for your supper.

Classes run in our shop on Whiteladies Road and cost £100 per person.

SAUSAGE MAKING CLASSES

Start with a bacon sandwich from our BBQ , then spend approximately two hours with one of our expert butchers making your own sausage mix (we'll provide a variety of herbs, spices & ingredients to choose from). Then you'll learn to fill and tie the sausages yourself, before taking a very generous pack home for supper.

Classes are £60 per person, or £100 for two people sharing a sausage mix, and can be booked for a mutually agreeable date and time.
