Butchery Demonstrations now taking place at Ruby & White Butchers & Foodhall.

Learn what to look for when choosing and buying cuts of meat. How to break down primal cuts into steaks, how to tie up joints and prepare meat. There is also an option to take home prime cuts of steak or chops (depending on demonstration).

The cost of these demonstrations for Beef or Pork/lamb masterclass for two hours is £100 pp

These workshops take place at our premises on Whiteladies Road between 10 am - 12 pm on Saturdays.
