Butchery demonstrations are now taking place at Ruby & White Butchers & Foodhall.

Learn what to look for when choosing and buying cuts of meat, how to break down primal cuts into steaks, how to tie up joints and prepare meat. Start your morning with breakfast from our BBQ, then spend two hours learning with our Butchery Manager, before taking home some cuts of beef, pork or lamb for your supper.

Classes run on Saturdays from 10am – 12pm in our shop on Whiteladies Road and cost £100 per person, with the option to add lunch at our sister restaurant, The Cowshed afterwards.
