Sourcing British produce wherever possible, the Ruby & White Deli Counter offers a range of artisanal cheese and accompaniments, including World Cheese Award winning Colton Bassett Stilton, and charcuterie from Gloucester-based company Native Breeds.
Condensing the best of a countryside farm shop, the shelves of the shop are bursting with locally grown vegetables, eggs from our friends in Radstock and fresh crusty bread delivered daily from Bordeaux Quay.
Summer 2014 saw the launch of our very own range of Ruby & White meat condiments - the perfect accompaniment to any family Sunday lunch or midweek meal.
THE RUBY & WHITE KITCHEN
Tucked away at the back of the shop, the Ruby & White Kitchen is a hive of activity.
As well as producing our own range of steak sauces, fresh marinades and flavoured butters, we also bake a range of glazed hams and slow roasted joints daily, ready to slice or hand carve to your specifications.
Aiming to make Sundays that little bit easier we also produce fresh, ready made chicken and beef stock, made the traditional way, using bones and pig's trotters to created a deep, rich flavour.
